Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return request, please contact us at aeshop2025@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Please note that customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at aeshop2025@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care products (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
